  1. This is something which I have been thinking for quite some time – what’s the fuss to make ornaments from steel? I can imagine steel furniture, various other home appliances and also kitchen utensils. But steel ornaments remain surprising!

  2. I think the fuss is generated by the number of things that it enables a designer to achieve. Due to it’s strength and ease of fabrication steel can be used to made very modern designs which are appealing and surprising.

Most modern furniture does contain steel, and almost all home appliances and kitchen utensils. Furniture made completely from steel it relativley rare.

  3. The density of gold is 19.3 gm/cc and where as the density of steel is 7.8 gm/cc. So the wise women (and men) who will wear steel jewellery will be lighter in weight that those using gold jewellery. So let’s give it a try !!!

  4. Aluminium would be even lighter. 🙂

  5. I don’t think using “anti-matter” (or “dark matter” ?) for jewellery is a good idea. :-))

  6. This is a commercial, right?

  7. Not really, I just happen to like steel.

I’m not sure if the above is Eva Green or not, but this Breil Advert does feature her nicely:

(I’ve added this to article above)

  8. I’ll say. Very nice. Thanks for ummm… broadening my horizons.
