I made a new game for by website at http://mathewpeet.org/, you can play [here].
In the game you have to say what is missing from the sequence presented to you.
I will be grateful for any suggestions for sequences I can add.

Try the sequence 2, 4, 6, 8
The next number can be either 10 or a number less than 10 (8.91). The first is linear extrapolation, the second given by -(x^3/44)+(3x^2/11)+(34/11)
Thanks Harry, I plan to add some sequences to show how unreasonable the game really is.
For example a sequence of numbers generated randomly.
I think it would be a bit unfair to unset peoples expectations so badly, without giving some sort of explaination, but I didn’t think how to give possibility of this without spoiling the game. Maybe best way would be add a ‘hint’ button.
